Ulrike Rahe is taking over as Furbish’s CEO

Just before Christmas, Ulrike Rahe has taken over the role as Furbish’s CEO. By the end of the year 2021, Ulrike has decided to leave Chalmers University of Technology and dedicate 100% of her time to her business activities. Hence, Holger Wallbaum will continue as Furbish’s Chief Technical Officer, while Ulrike will develop Furbish further as the new CEO. We are very much looking forward to collaborating with you in 2022!

At the yearly conference of the research programme “Design for an energy-efficient workday”, presented Furbish the preliminary findings of the project “Sustainable Hospitals – New Design for the University Hospital MHH on Hannover, Germany” led by Ulrike Rahe. We are proud that we could contribute to a new e-book on office design research

Quan Jin and Holger Wallbaum, in collaboration with the world-leading researchers in the field of Indoor Environmental Quality from Australia, Jungsoo Kim and Richard de Dear, provided a chapter on “Theory of attractive quality: occupant satisfaction with indoor environmental quality at workplaces” to the e-book with the title “A handbook of theories on designing alignment between people and the office environment” edited by the famous workplace researchers, Rianne Appel-Meulenbroek and Vitalija Danivska. The e-book just appeared online (see A Handbook of Theories on Designing Alignment between People and the Office Environment)!
